A) With die casting, rigid and non-deformable products are created: the original shape created in the mold with the transition of the metal from liquid to solid is maintained forever. This is in contrast to cookware made by cold stamping, which obtains its shape through sheet metal deformation; these, when subjected to heat, tend to deform and return to their original shape. This method is also subject to deformation with small impacts and compromises their stability: glopping on stoves and imperfect adhesion on cooktops, reducing energy absorption on electric, glass-ceramic and induction.

B) Differentiated products and thicknesses: 3mm for the walls and up to 10mm for the bottom. The rigid bottom and thick top is ideal for maximum energy absorption and uniform heat storage that maintains for a long time with medium-low temperatures, without dispersion and with minimal flame: ENERGY SAVING. Heat is transferred evenly to the food, ideal for all cooking, avoiding burns and very important for maintaining the characteristics of the nonstick coating which beyond the temperature of 260° C begins to degrade. (b) 3 layers of nonstick coating applied in succession that have RUVID surface, to optimize the strength of the coating and improve food cooking; the coating is sprayed and indelibly embedded at very high temperature in the hard and impenetrable deep ripples of the first layer, making it inaccessible by even metal utensils while maintaining its nonstick characteristics. It is a top-quality nonstick coating free of PFOA and PFOS in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
